Safety

Safety is in our core values and a major focus from the leadership at Cardinal. We take pride in the fact that our employees are some of the safest in Pennsylvania. 

Our goal is to send our employees home every day just as they arrived. Regular safety meetings ensure that all team members are up-to-date on the latest procedures.

Proper safety gear is provided to every employee including eye protection, hearing protection, gloves, Kevlar shirts and cut resistant aprons.
